Dit moest het visitekaartje worden van een van de grotere bouwbedrijven in Eindhoven en dat is ook best goed gelukt, al gaat het gebouw een beetje ten onder in de strijd met die veel grotere gebouwen aan de overzijde. Er is sprake van een zorgvuldige compositie van volumes, die op hun beurt allemaal weer hun eigen materialiteit en compositie hebben. Dat wordt door sommigen wel als een beetje gezocht beschouwd. Desondanks een prima gebouw.
