General
Cherrywood is the major planned extension to the city of Dublin and will include 3,800 homes, public parks and a comprehensive range of supporting facilities. The 70,000m2 town centre will be the heart of the development; it will be a meeting place for the local community and the wider public during the day and into the evening. This project was won as a result of an international competition in 2015 and DunnettCraven are retained as design architects. We are working closely with masterplanners MOLA and the rest of the design team to ensure that work can commence on site in 2017.
