Dit koepelvormige gebouwtje vormt een ensemble met de grote Blob en de toegangsbuizen van de fietsparkeerkelder onder het plein. Dit stedenbouwkundige ensemble is uitgevoerd naar een concept van Massimiliano Fuksas. Zij vormen samen als het ware een boog die de binnenstad van Eindhoven afsluit en maken tevens de sprong naar de overkant met Piazza en Bijenkorf gemakkelijker.
