Being Development is een ontwikkelaar in duurzaam en commercieel vastgoed en heeft in samenwerking met All-In Real Estate en architectenbureau Powerhouse Company reeds meerdere projecten op de Zuidas in Amsterdam gerealiseerd.
Kantoorgebouw The Pavilion is gelegen aan de Fred. Roeskestraat, waar grote herontwikkelingen plaatsvinden. Het betreft een hoogwaardig en functioneel pand waar vanaf medio juni 2016 een 'creatief multi-bedrijvencentrum ' ten behoeve van Makerstreet zijn deuren opent. Het gebouw wordt volledig turnkey opgeleverd in een bouwtijd van 8 maanden.
Herman de Groot Ingenieurs heeft het technisch ontwerp gemaakt en verzorgt de uitvoeringsbegeleiding.
