General
Het door Marc Koehler Architecten (MKA) ontwikkelde zelfbouw concept van Superlofts bestaat uit appartementen met een betonnen casco met dubbele verdiepingshoogte. Binnen dit casco kunnen bewoners hun eigen Superloft ontwerpen en realiseren. Door het ophangen van de houten tussenvloer aan het betoncasco, maar ook het weglaten van de tussenvloer creëren bewoners zelf de ruimtelijke indeling.
Adviesbureau Lüning ontwikkelde samen met MKA zeer fraaie details voor de houten tussenvloeren waarvan de bewoners gebruik konden maken. De details zijn door Lüning vervolgens, vaak tot op ‘meubelmakers-niveau’, uitgewerkt en berekend.
