Malmöhus

General

The Malmöhus in Almere is the first multi-layered apartment building in the Netherlands built in timber. The walls between the appartments as well as internal walls for stability consist of CLT double panels. Floors are made of Kerto-Ripa and span 7.5m, while the facades are constructed in timber frame. The project is one of the frontrunners in sustainable housing in the Netherlands.
