Een bescheiden buitenterras scheidt deze woningen van het openbare groen. Het terrasmuurtje maakt deel uit van de architectuur, waardoor ook dit project vrij in de ruimte komt te liggen. Aan de andere zijde beschikken de bewoners nog over een kleine, omsloten patio. De terugliggende voordeur naast de houten garagepui leidt via een glazen gang langs de patio naar de woonruimte. In de gevels is een spel gespeeld met het grote bloemenraam, waardoor het strakke ritme van de geschakelde volumes wordt ontregeld.
