Dit gebouw is zo’n beetje de intermediair geworden tussen de reusachtige schaal van het stadion en de veel kleinere schaal van het Philipsdorp.
Volgens Architracks kun je je afvragen of het niet een beetje minder groot had gekund. Gelukkig verzacht de heldere kleur baksteen, die ook nog eens voor een groot deel wit is geschilderd, veel.
