In 2018 onderging de panoramaflat "De Paasberg" een grondige renovatie van de buitenschil. Het gebouw uit 1957 staat op een van de mooiste locaties van Oosterbeek, maar voldeed energetisch niet langer. Door de buitengevelisolatie voldoet het gebouw weer aan de thermische eisen, terwijl de steenstrips het beton van de oorspronkelijke gevel verhullen.
